Three-day Workshop on Chakra Meditation and Energetic Anatomy:
Chakra is the Sanskrit word for “wheel” or “disk” and is generally used to reference energetic centers that run along the front of the spine. These energetic centers are associated with physical, intellectual, emotional, psychic and spiritual levels of understanding and also correspond with the anatomical locations and functions of the organs and endocrine glands.
Each two-hour class will include anatomical study through pictures and partner work, movement exploration and the opportunity for participants to create personal chakra meditations and draw/paint a chakra map.
Sign-up for this workshop when you arrive at Anamaya!
