“Movement or asana can start from the inner or outer body. Its been my experience that movement initiated from the inner body considers the body as a whole and can bring health to the deeper systems of the body as well as deliver a person to a subtler sense of self.” Paula Tursi

Spiritual Retreat with Paula Tursi

I was able to let go of so many attachments and felt crazy amounts of energy. I loved listening to the things that Paula had to teach and the experiences that she had. I loved that she was open about her life too and so approachable. Paula made me feel like she cared about me and saw me for me. – NB
I’m so happy I came on this retreat. It was life changing and gave me access to things that were lingering beneath the surface that I needed the energy of the group to release. The small and well-selected group, the setting, the content, and the supporting yoga and meditation classes, not to mention the rejuvenating food served at Anamaya, has made me feel new as an infant. – LR
The work was challenging but worth all of the work. I cannot believe how different I feel, so much lighter and free. – KD
