I love empowering women… it’s what I do! That wasn’t always the case though. In the beginning of my entrepreneurial journey my focus was on building my businesses, but when women started coming to me for help on how to heal emotional trauma, how to get healthy, how to build confidence and shift their mindset, and how to build their businesses or careers – I found that I had such a deep rooted passion for supporting women in embracing their magnificence… so it’s become a big part of what I do.

So here I am! Hosting a retreat for women who:

About the Unleashed Retreat with Kelsey Matheson

Along with astrologer Sara Elise, Kelsey Matheson will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and awakening. During the week of April 11 – 18, 2020 you will arrive at Anamaya, be fed 3 organic & gourmet meals per day (plus snacks), participate in 4 days of workshops, healing practices and trainings to massively transform your life – all while taking in the most amazing ocean view you’ve ever laid eyes on.

There will be a number of workshops, trainings and healing practices throughout the week but the healing will all start BEFORE you even get to Anamaya!

Sara Elise will be providing everyone who attends this retreat with their very own astrological reading. This will be a crucial tool in seeing where you are, and where you’re going so we can strategically focus on what will serve you at the highest level.

We will also jump on a group Zoom call in order to “meet” each other before the retreat and talk more about what you can expect from the week at Anamaya, answer any questions you may have, and dive into your intentions and goals for this transformational week together.

AND we will plan a follow up Zoom call after the retreat for additional support once you’re back at home navigating life with new eyes, new intentions, and an unleashed soul.

Kelsey Matheson is an award-winning entrepreneur, success coach and speaker based in Brooklyn, NY. She has built numerous international businesses including Anamaya Resort, and BE Outfitter – a backpack and outdoor gear company that helps provide children around the work with an education.

Kelsey is also the creator of the Optimal Health & Conscious Living Academy, an online academy for women who are ready to take control of their health (and their lives) when they feel the aging process has left them feeling lost and confused about their bodies and emotions.

More About Astrologer Sara Elise

Sara Elise is an Astrologer living in Toronto, Canada. She met her first teacher, Debra Silverman, at the age of 22. It was an instant fit, and soon Sara had followed Deb to California and was immersed in the ancient art and science of the stars. It was like remembering a language known but forgotten, and quickly Astrology became her second nature.

Despite returning to Canada and cultivating a ‘normal’ career in Corporate Marketing for Procter & Gamble, the calling to the subtler realms continued. In her mid-30s, thanks to a precipitous Pluto transit, Sara left consumer culture behind and returned to the practice of astrology in earnest. She runs a successful private practice with clients the globe over. Sara is also a certified astrologer for Debra (who no longer takes private clients and is happy to pass them along), and is a teacher for Debra’s online school Applied Astrology. As a trained Psychosynthesis Coach, Sara’s most effective client work combines astrological, spiritual and life coaching. She takes clients deeply into the reasons for their incarnation, exploring ways to activate their gifts, alleviate their challenges, and orient themselves toward their highest potential.

Along with constant self-study, Sara has learned and mentored with a number of top astrologers, including Mark Jones and Alan Oken. She is a devoted student and practitioner of Evolutionary Astrology, and is an ongoing student of Esoteric Astrology. She has also studied and practised a range of mystery teachings, including astrology, mythology, elemental shamanism, Qi Gong, Mayan cosmology, White Magic, meditation, and more.
