This retreat is comprised of Yoga, Temple Goddess Workouts, and Odissi dance, woven together to create an exciting practice that slims your waist, tones your abs, bottom, and thighs, and get you glowing like a Goddess! Add gourmet organic meals, beautiful beaches, epic waterfalls, luxurious cabanas and much more for a magical time of pura vida! No previous training or experience required. All fitness levels welcome! Treat yourself to a week of relaxation, and trance-formative fun in the natural beauty of Costa Rica.
The mornings will begin with a fresh smoothie or fruit salad followed by a Shakti Yoga or Temple Goddess Workout session to get us warm and ready to dance. After breakfast we will practice Odissi Dance steps, including chauka and tribhangi, which represent the male and female energies. In the afternoons we will enjoy another dance class, which will include mudra practice, choreography and dance theory, followed by a relaxing and nurturing Yoga practice before dinner.
Our magical retreat center Anamaya Resort in Montezuma, is nestled in the palm of heaven where the jungle meets the ocean on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. You will stay in luxurious cabanas and enjoy healthy organic meals made with fresh local ingredients. When you are not practicing yoga or dance, there will be many opportunities to hike to waterfalls, enjoy the beach, or just chill and read a book by the infinity pool.

Revital has been dedicated to the practice of Indian spiritual arts for over 20 years. Yoga and meditation led her to discover her passion for Indian Dance, where she finds the sensual and the spiritual expressing as one. She is an internationally acclaimed performer and and teaches Odissi Dance and yoga in workshops and retreats worldwide. Revital draws her inspiration from the elements of nature, the wisdom of her own body, and the rich spiritual heritage of ancient India. Her teachings are guided by a sweet devotion to Life, and a nurturing of inner awakening in each student.
