It is a practice that allows us to reach our highest potential in a natural and effortless manner. This course is offered by Antoine and Pamela, who were certified to teach meditation by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on behalf of the Art of Living Foundation. The technique includes a rare opportunity to receive a mantra initiation from a long lineage of meditation masters going back thousands of years.
